API Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the API provided by

("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our API, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the API.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the API.Use the API to create a competing service or product.Use the API in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.Send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material via the API.Interfere with or disrupt the API or servers providing the API.

3. Data Usage and Privacy

You may use the API to access and process data in accordance with our GrowthGod.io. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the API complies with all applicable data protection laws.

4. Rate Limits & Fair Use

We may set limits on your use of the API (e.g., rate limits or request quotas). Excessive usage or abuse may result in throttling or suspension of access.

5. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the API and all underlying technology and intellectual property remain with

GrowthGod, LLC

. You retain ownership of your own applications and content, subject to this Agreement.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the API (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via growthgod.io or email.

7. Support

We may provide limited support for the API at our sole discretion. No guarantees are made regarding uptime, availability, or technical support.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the API at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the API and delete any stored data retrieved via the API.

9. Disclaimers

The API is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will

be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use or inability to use the API.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [County, State].

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and

concerning the API and supersedes all prior agreements.
